What is the SPG® Kids Pass program?
The SPG Kids Pass program provides children 12 and younger an all-inclusive dining option. For one low flat daily rate, they can eat off children's menus or at buffets at food and beverage establishments at more than 150 participating Starwood resorts worldwide.

What restaurants are included in the all-inclusive dining option, and does the program include beverages or only food?
The restaurants participating in the program vary by resort. In-room dining and drinks from the minibar do not apply. The program includes both food and beverages consumed. Children can also consume beverages throughout the day without having an accompanying meal.

Who can take advantage of the SPG Kids Pass program?
Any SPG member staying at a participating resort with a child age 12 and younger (staying on the same reservation) may participate in the program.

If I am not an SPG member, can I still participate in the SPG Kids Pass program?
Guests must be SPG members to take advantage of the SPG Kids Pass program. Guests can enroll at any time during their stay. Joining SPG is complimentary.

What is the fee for participating in the SPG Kids Pass program?
There is a daily fee per child that varies by resort. Pricing information can be obtained by contacting the resort directly.

Can I choose which days during my stay that my child participates in the program?
Members must sign up for the SPG Kids Pass program for the duration of their stay and pay the flat daily rate. Members cannot pick and choose dates during the stay to take advantage of the program. The daily price applies to the 24 hours beginning at purchase.

How do I pay for this program?
The total fee will be automatically added to your folio upon checkout.

How will food and beverage establishments know my child is participating in the SPG Kids Pass program?
All children participating in the program will wear a small, lightweight SPG wristband for the duration of their stay. The child must be accompanied by an adult for all food orders placed. An accompanying adult purchase is required in restaurants at mealtime, but an adult is not required to accompany the child for beverage-only orders.

If I have two children, can I have each child take advantage of the program on different days for one daily rate?
The flat daily rate is for one child for the entire length of the guest stay. Bracelets are nontransferable.

PROGRAM TERMS

  • Parent or guardian must be an SPG member to participate in SPG Kids Pass. Nonmembers may join the complimentary SPG program at any time during their stay.
  • Only available at resorts participating in SPG Kids Pass. Participating resorts list is subject to change.
  • Daily price is set by resorts and may vary by resort. Price is subject to change.
  • Subject to participating restaurants. Not all restaurants are included, and in-room dining does not apply.
  • Subject to existing hours of dining operations.
  • Child must wear an SPG Kids Pass wristband to participate in program.
  • Not transferable to nonparticipating children.
  • Program excludes items for purchase in the minibar or refreshment center and bottled water for sale in the guest room.
  • Daily price applies to the 24-hour period beginning at purchase.
  • Must purchase for entire length of stay. Can purchase at any point during the stay, but must apply to the full duration of the stay from that point forward.
  • Child needs to be accompanied by an adult for orders placed. The adult must make a purchase during mealtime, but does not need to do so for beverage-only orders.
